Life as a teen or young adult can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, and obsessive thoughts can make everyday challenges — from schoolwork to friendships — feel impossible to manage. If you or your child are struggling, therapy can help.

 

I provide individual therapy for teens, young adults, and families throughout Orange County, with a focus on:

  • Anxiety and worry (generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety)

  • Depression and low motivation

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

  • Perfectionism, self-criticism, and stress

  • Life transitions (school, college, career steps)

 

My approach integrates mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll work on learning practical skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings, reduce avoidance, and move toward what matters most.

Therapy sessions are warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I strive to make therapy a supportive space where clients feel understood, engaged, and empowered with tools they can use in everyday life.
