I specialize in helping children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and related challenges. These concerns can affect not just your child’s mood and confidence, but also friendships, school, and family life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where young people can begin facing fears, practicing new skills, and learning to meet their thoughts and feelings with more openness and acceptance.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Each child is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness while using warmth, compassion, and humor to keep sessions engaging and approachable. Step by step, I help children and adolescents learn to face the situations they’ve been avoiding, so that what once felt overwhelming becomes manageable.

Parents and guardians are also part of the process. At times, I may meet individually with your child; other times, I’ll invite you into sessions so that the progress made in therapy can extend into everyday life at home and school. This partnership makes change more effective and lasting.​
