College is innately stressful. From paying for school, taking exams, managing friendships and relationships, to filling out internship applications, college students face overwhelming pressure and demands. I work with college students and recent graduates to help them navigate the stressors that come with college life. My specific areas of focus include depression, anxiety, relationship problems, assertiveness training, bereavement (grief), and general life transitions.
